​While our workshop is in Mackay, our reach is national. We currently supply specialized labor to major mining customers in Central Queensland and throughout Australia and have the logistics network to receive and dispatch components for rebuild from any location across Australia.

​1. On-Site Mobile Field Service

​Our trade-qualified fitters specialize in the scheduled and breakdown maintenance of blasthole and exploration drill rigs.

• ​Versatility: Beyond drills, we maintain the full fleet: excavators, dump trucks, dozers, graders, and loaders.

• ​OEM Experience: Extensive hands-on work with Epiroc, Sandvik, CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Liebherr.

• ​Flexible Manning: Available for permanent crew positions or "On Call" mobile breakdown support.

2. Off-Site Component Rebuild & Machine Shop

​​Operating out of our dedicated Paget, Mackay workshop, we provide an economical alternative to OEM replacements without sacrificing quality. We specialize in depth mechanical and hydraulic overhauls tailored to meet your budget and timeline.

• ​In-House Machining: Equipped with a 3m bed lathe (4" spindle bore / 640mm swing) and a 3-axis vertical turret mill (1.2m bed), we can manufacture and repair parts with zero reliance on external machine shops.

• ​Comprehensive Rebuilds: Specialist service for hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes, final drives, and rotary heads.

• ​Testing & Quality: We possess the in-house capability to test a wide range of hydraulic components post-rebuild, ensuring they meet or exceed OEM performance standards before they leave our floor.

​3. System Upgrades, Manufacture & Supply

​We believe that equipment should work for you, not the other way around. When OEM components become cost-prohibitive or obsolete, we innovate.

• ​Reverse Engineering: We redesign custom OEM parts into "off-the-shelf" solutions to increase future availability and slash costs.
